Wat Benchamabophit Dusitvanaram, or the “Marble Temple”

Wat Benchamabophit Dusitvanaram is also known as one of Bangkok’s most beautiful temples. Designed by a prince and built using Italian marble over a hundred years ago, tourists now flock to marvel at the impressive marble courtyard and marble pillars.The ashes of King Chulalongkorn are also housed within the temple.

Fun fact: This temple’s facade is pictured on the five baht coin! Located in the Dusit area of Bangkok, it is around 20 minutes by car from the hotel.

Admission Fee : Free of charge for Thais and 20 baht for foreigners
