Q: Where is Novotel Bangkok Platinum Pratunam located?

A: We are in the heart of the Pratunam shopping district, directly above Platinum Fashion Mall and steps from CentralWorld and the Ratchaprasong area.

Q: How do I get to the hotel by public transport?

A: Take the BTS Skytrain to Chidlom Station, then walk along the R Walk (skywalk) that connects directly to the hotel. Taxis and Grab are also readily available across Bangkok.

Q: How far is the hotel from the airports?

A: The hotel is around 30–45 minutes from Suvarnabhumi Airport (BKK) and Don Mueang Airport (DMK), depending on traffic. Our concierge can arrange airport transfers; Please contact us in advance.

Q: Is parking available?

A: Yes, we offer private undercover parking for up to 300 vehicles across four floors (B1–B4). Parking is available for in-house guests and meeting attendees.

Q: What are the check-in and check-out times?

A: Check-in is from 14:00, and check-out is by 12:00 noon. Early check-in and late check-out are subject to availability.

Q: Can I store my luggage before check-in or after check-out?

A: Yes, complimentary luggage storage is available at the front desk before check-in and after check-out.

A: Very much so! As one of the best family hotels in Bangkok, we offer Family Rooms, a Kids Zone play area, and an outdoor infinity pool the whole family can enjoy.

A: We have three main outlets. The SQUARE, our all-day international restaurant on the 6th floor; View Rooftop Bangkok, our Mediterranean rooftop restaurant and bar on the 9th floor; and The Platinum Lounge in the lobby for authentic Thai cuisine. Room service is also available until 1 AM daily.

Q: What time is breakfast served?

A: Breakfast is served daily at The SQUARE  from 06:00 to 10:30, featuring live cooking stations, Asian, Western favourites, Indian selections and a healthy-choice corner with fresh juices, fruits, and grains.

Q: Do you have a place to eat throughout the day?

A: Definitely! Drop by The SQUARE for all-day dining. We serve a great selection of international, Asian, and local Thai favorites daily from 11:00 to 22:00 (last order 21:30).

Q: Does the hotel have a specialty dining or chill-out spot? 

A: Yes, we feature View Rooftop Bangkok, our signature 9th-floor restaurant and bar. Open daily from 17:00 to 24:00, it’s the perfect place to unwind with panoramic skyline views, live DJ sets, and Mediterranean cuisine by Chef Titos—all while enjoying the best sunset in the city.
