Remark:

• Guest room rates are quoted per room, per night, excluding a 10% service charge and applicable government tax (currently 7%).

Extra Person and Child Policy

• Free of charge for child aged below 16 years old when using existing bed
• Extra person aged above 16 years old will be charged at  THB 1,300 net including breakfast and extra bed.

Check in & Out Time & Policies:

Check In time:  14.00 hrs. 

• Guests arriving before 14:00 hrs can store their luggages at concierge until a room becomes available. For early arrivals, we suggest that rooms are reserved for the day prior to arrival.

Check Out time:  12.00 hrs (noon time)

• Late check out from 12.00 hrs until 16.00 hrs will be charged at 50% of the daily rate
• Late check out after 16.00 hrs will be charged at the full daily rate
• Late check out is subject to availability

Cancellation Policy

Participants may cancel their reservation without penalty by notifying the hotel at least 7 days prior to the scheduled arrival date. If cancellation is not made within this period, the hotel will charge the full amount of the original reservation, either to the credit card provided or from the prepaid deposit.

Non-arrival Policy

Any room reservation confirmed and guaranteed by an individual guest that is not claimed before midnight on the day of arrival (No Show) will be cancelled, and the guest’s credit card will be charged for the full duration of the reserved stay.

Limousine Transfer from/to airport/hotel

• Toyota Camry: THB 1,600 per car per way (Maximum 3 pax)

• Toyota Van: THB 2,000 per van per way (Maximum 7 pax)
