About the Hotel

Single Room: THB 4,600.-

Double / Twin Room: THB 4,900.-

Remarks

• All rates are inclusive of a daily buffet breakfast.
• Wi-Fi access is available in rooms and public areas.
• Guest room rates are per room per night, inclusive of a 10% service charge and applicable government tax.
• Bed types are subject to hotel availability.
• Any increase to the original room block will be based on rate, room type, and space availability.

Extension of stay:

The group room rate will be applicable up to a maximum of 3 days prior to and 3 days after the contracted dates, pending availability and if lower than the current hotel rate.

Pre and Post Rates:

The hotel is pleased to offer the above-mentioned guest room rates for three days prior to and three days after the main group stay date for the given room category, based on availability upon request.

Extra Person and Child Policy:

• Child aged below 16 years old: No extra charge when using a sofa bed.
• Extra person aged above 16 years old: THB 1,000 net, including breakfast and extra bed.

Check-in & Check-out Time & Policies:

• Check-in time: 14:00 hrs.

Guests arriving before 14:00 hrs. can store their luggage at the concierge until a room becomes available.
For early arrivals, we suggest that rooms be reserved for the day prior to arrival.

• Check-out time: 12:00 hrs. (noon)

Late check-out from 12:00 hrs. until 18:00 hrs. will be charged at 50% of the daily rate.

Late check-out after 18:00 hrs. will be charged at the full daily rate.

Late check-out is subject to availability.

Cancellation Policy:

• Any cancellation notice by an individual guest later than 14 days before the arrival date will result in a one-night charge to the guest’s own account as a late cancellation penalty.
• Cancellation less than 7 days prior to the individual guest’s arrival will be charged for the full length of stay.
• Any amendment of group stay details such as flight information, number of guests, and number of rooms must be finalized at least 2 weeks before the check-in date.
• Should the event be canceled up to 4 months before arrival (Tuesday, 9 July 2024), no cancellation fee will be charged. In case of event postponement announced after 9 July where the hotel cannot offer availability, the individual cancellation policy will apply.
• Should the event be postponed to another date, individual bookings will be transferred by the hotel to the new dates and reconfirmed by the guest. The individual cancellation policy will remain applicable for all bookings.
