For travelers who have booked Novotel Bangkok Platinum Pratunam with travel plan before 15th December 2021, it is important to have airport pickup and RT-PCR test pre-arranged. If you have booked our hotel via other channels ie. OTAs and has not yet booked Airport pickup and RT-PCR Test, please book the package from options below at least 48 hours prior to your arrival.
